" SHADE IT " was established in the year 2000, after the current owner had a successful business in the Interior Blind Industry for 12 years.
Starting the business in the Western Cape as an agent for a Johannesburg based company and offering only " OUTDOOR PATIO BLINDS " as the main line of business, the Company was built to a successful supplier and installer of these type of products. In 2007 we spread our wings in search of more products in the " SHADE " field and joined forces with a local manufacturing company, offering the full range of " SUN AWNINGS " and more.

In 2010 a full time representative was employed to cover the " WEST COAST " area and is still, up to today, operating a successful business in this area.
In 2014, we decided to enter the Aluminium Awning market, as well, and signed an agreement with a manufacturer in Kwazulu Natal to supply all our Aluminum products and components.

" SHADE IT " was built on a solid foundation, with our customers' the most important in our business, providing the best service and quality possible. We continue to develop products, with new innovations, on a regular basis to keep trend with the demands of our customers.

With more than 10 000 successful installations in the market, stretching from Mosselbay to Vredendal, we continue to provide a service in the " SHADE " industry, throughout the Western Cape region, and are committed to do so for many years to come.
